A view of the acoustic trio from the back of the stage
Charlie, John and Jimmy at the front, Bruce on drums and Daryl hidden behind
Jimmy. The back view is of Moss. This was at Mullarkeys (spelling?) in
Sacramento in 86. As I recall it was the evening of game 6 in the World Series
so people were a little distracted :)
Bruce tweaking his drums
John "Webbone" Webber and A N Other (Fuzzy picture). Webbone is
sporting one of the original Charlie T shirts which I never managed to get hold
of.
Steve Griffiths (?) on PA. Fabulous sound guy.
Daryl and John at Spankys, Daryl sporting the iconic '"Lie Down" T
Webbone and A N Other, also at Spankys
Moss, in "Lie Down" T, at Spankys restringing one of Jimmy's guitars.
When I showed this to people at home they thought it was me because of the hair
and dress sense but the one clear way to tell us apart was that his "Lie
Down" T didn't have sleeves but mine did :)
Webbone up in Main Street, Truckee. Halloween 86 as I recall
Me and my friend Janet from England who came up for the day to visit from her
nannying job in SF. That's what I looked like in 86!!! We had to be pictured
under the 'Tower Liquor' sign, we just *had* to!!
